Simple, Turnkey & Fully Facilitated

Here’s What to Expect:

  • We start with a 15-minute chat to learn about your team, goals, preferred vibe (calm and reflective, or lively and energizing), timeline, location, and budget.

  • You’ll receive a simple proposal outlining the session details: length, experience type, format (in-person or virtual), pricing, what’s included, and optional add-ons like photography.

  • Once you’re ready, we collect a 50% deposit to hold your date. We’ll also send a prep checklist to make things seamless on your end (setup needs, contact person, timing, etc.).

  • We arrive early (or ship materials for virtual sessions), bring all supplies, and lead your team through a creative, connection-building experience—start to finish.

  • After the session, we check in personally and send a short feedback form. We also offer discounts for repeat bookings and referrals.

After a quick discovery call, you’ll get a proposal with everything laid out—session overview, pricing, what’s included, and optional add-ons. Once confirmed, we send a prep checklist to make the day smooth for you. You just bring the team.
